I accept returns of defective merchandise upon receipt of product that is hand delivered or picked up on site. Please inspect immediately upon arrival. For items that are shipped via major carrier (Postal Service, UPS, Fed Ex, etc) there is a 30 day exchange if product is defective. Product must be returned in same condition as received (I take pictures of EVERYTHING) and in the packaging it was shipped in.
Once your returned product is received and inspected, you will receive a text or email to notify your item was received and whether it is approved. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven business days.
I do accept lower offers than the advertised price on occasion. If your "haggled price" is honored, I reserve the right to decline a refund for any reason.
